Review summary
Summarized by AI from 600+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering equally to sightseers and budget travelers, offering a practical and engaging stay. Its prime location in the heart of the city provides excellent accessibility, being just a 5 to 7-minute walk from the train station. The most exciting feature is the reception team, consistently praised for being welcoming, helpful, and professional, often assisting with ticket bookings and room changes. Guests consistently praise the staff's genuine Moroccan hospitality and the satisfactory dinner selections. For a quieter experience, consider requesting a room that does not face the road, as some rooms can be noisy due to a club within the hotel.
