Guests all found the staff friendly, extremely professional and eager to help with even small details. Even Spanish-speaking guests felt that this was an extraordinarily excellent hotel, way above the expectations of most – especially for the price.

Many guests complained about the very basic breakfast provided on-site, saying that it did not meet their expectations of even a modest continental breakfast. There is also no tea or coffee making facility provided in the rooms.

Although in a lovely location minutes from the beach, many guests were disappointed that the private rooms do not have a sea view.

Some guests complained that the Wi-Fi reception in the rooms was weak, although there is a strong signal in the common areas.
