Casa Maistra Residence

Located in the center of the pedestrian promenade where the old part of town meets the sandy beach of Rethymno, “Casa Maistra Residence” is one of the few restored settlements that combines the “old town feeling“ (near to all points of interest) with unobstructed views of the Cretan sea. The building, home of Russian nobles at the end of the 19th century, has been recently renovated (2010) into three separate double storied apartment-suites covering from 60m² to 80m² each. The architecture of the past, with stone wall detailing surrounded by wooden floors and ceilings, is tastefully blended with modern elements and facilities one would expect to find in a modern house. While every suite is furnished and decorated with a different flair, they all feature comforts such as fully equipped open plan regular size kitchen, living room area, dining area, separate bedrooms and bathroom. Every room is equipped with a flat screen TV (satellite), air-conditioning and double glass window/balcony doors to ensure the best possible environment to rest or relax. In every suite you will also find an office desk, a cordless phone, free of charge Wifi and a laptop computer.
