Review summary

Summarized by AI from 300+ reviews

This hotel is a vibrant urban hub ideal for sightseers and couples seeking a modern and convenient stay. Its unbeatable location in the Gros neighborhood places guests steps from Playa de la Zurriola, the Kursaal, and the Old Town. The property offers modern facilities including effective air conditioning and complimentary mini-fridges in each room. Guests consistently praise the reception team for their helpfulness and the efficient communication via WhatsApp, though the breakfast is noted as a high-cost option without early coffee service. For a quieter experience, guests may prefer rooms not facing the street due to occasional reports of thin walls.
