Review summary

Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews

This hotel is a versatile retreat for sightseers and couples seeking a tranquil escape with a touch of nature. The property boasts a prime location directly on Schluchsee, offering a "private beach" feel and easy access to the town center. Guests consistently praise the rich and varied breakfast buffet, which provides a delightful start to the day. While the self-check-in system offers convenience, the friendly and attentive staff are always ready to assist, often going the extra mile despite occasional language barriers. For the best experience, request a room facing the garden for a quieter stay and inquire about the Konus Card upon arrival to maximize local transport and discount benefits.
