Review summary

Summarized by AI from 400+ reviews

This hotel is a charming, older aesthetic retreat ideal for sightseers and couples seeking a tranquil getaway. Its prime location in the heart of Blowing Rock offers unparalleled access to downtown shops and restaurants, with the Parkway entrance and ski resort just a short drive away. The convenience of in-room amenities like a small refrigerator and microwave, with some rooms offering kitchenettes, enhances the stay. Guests consistently praise the welcoming and helpful demeanor of the staff, though the absence of breakfast is a frequent disappointment. For a quieter stay, consider requesting a room facing away from the main street.
