Review summary

Summarized by AI from 90+ reviews

The hotel's primary appeal lies in its central location, offering convenient access to various city points and making it a potential option for travelers prioritizing proximity to urban attractions. While a few guests noted recent renovations and some found the staff friendly, the overall guest experience is significantly impacted by widespread concerns regarding cleanliness and the general condition of rooms. Many reviews highlight issues with basic amenities and the functionality of in-room features, often leading to a challenging stay. The hotel might suit budget-conscious travelers who are prepared for a very basic stay and are willing to overlook significant comfort and hygiene deficiencies in favor of a central spot. To avoid disappointment, it is strongly advised that prospective guests thoroughly inspect their assigned room upon arrival, as expectations set by online images may not align with reality. Additionally, guests should be prepared for potential issues with in-room amenities and service responsiveness, and consider confirming all available facilities beforehand.
