Review summary

Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews

This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering equally to sightseers and couples seeking a vibrant city experience. Its central location, just a minute's walk from the iconic Duomo and Galleria, is its strongest asset, offering unparalleled access to Milan's main attractions and shopping. While rooms are generally comfortable, the property's excellent accessibility to public transport via nearby metro stations (M1 and M3 lines) further enhances its appeal. Guests consistently praise the staff for their exceptional availability and kindness, though some inconsistencies in service have been noted. For the best experience, consider requesting a room that avoids the attic level to ensure optimal comfort and natural light.
