About Caro Hotel

The Caro Hotel is situated within a former palace. It's in the centre of the Valencia, a few steps away from the cathedral. Francesc Rifé designed the rooms individually in muted tones. All offer air conditioning , minibar and flat-screen television. Bulgari toiletries are in the bathrooms along with bathrobes and slippers. The hotel was originally the dwelling of the Marqués de Caro and the building retains some former architectural features such as arches and mosaics. There is also an outdoor pool, a lift and free newspapers in the lobby area. The Caro hotel's restaurant, The Alma del Temple, serves modern Mediterranean cuisine. It also caters for celiacs and vegetarians. The Meta bar serves drinks and has an outdoor terrace.
