Amsterdam Teleport Hotel (Amsterdam, Netherlands)

The staff members were found to be friendly and helpful for most guests. They thought they were nice individuals who gave guests good information on the area and responded to requests promptly.

Most guests found the rooms to be spacious, with enough room to roam inside and walk around. There was plenty of space for a couple or a small family to enjoy their stay. The facilities and environment were also thought to be clean.

The hotel was thought to be in a good setting since it was walking distance from the train station. From there, guests were able to explore central Amsterdam within a reasonable time. The area was not central but close enough for guests to explore the city.

Some guests thought the kitchenette did not provide enough utensils for them to cook their own meals comfortably or use the kitchenette appropriately. Some said there were no dishes, soap and/or other utensils that could have made it easier on them.

Some guests felt the rooms were a bit too noisy for them and they would have liked the walls to be sound proofed. This was especially true given the guests had to come in and out of the rooms to go to the bathrooms. You can also hear other guests talking.

The bathrooms were located outside of the rooms near other rooms, which made it uncomfortable for some who would have preferred an en suite. You have to walk in the hallway to get to the bathroom.
