The countryside location is appreciated for its peaceful, quiet atmosphere, yet it’s only a mere fifteen minutes drive from busy York, with all its shops and attractions. For non-drivers, the bus stop is on-site and local taxis are available.

Great breakfast.

There has been praise for the breakfast and meals served on the site café, which have been found to be really tasty and great value. Meals here are freshly made with locally sourced produce.

Clean campsite.

The cleanliness of the campsite has also been noticed. Not only is the campsite clean and tidy, all the units are spotless.
