Positive Reviews

Take Time And Take A Stroll

Within twenty-minutes by foot, you can be in the city. It's a lovely walk on the path along the river. The bus ride is roughly five-minutes and the stop is almost directly in front of the guest house. You can also catch a cab. However, the walk is so lovely, if you have the time you should try it.

Revel In The Plush Decor

The room is nicely decorated though a bit small. The furnishings are comfortable and clean as well.

Gottal Love The Breakfast

Breakfast at the guest house is tasty. The vegetarian sausages are scrumptious. Unique sauces and fruit are part of the meal along with other niceties. Though portions are rather small, the breakfast is fresh and nutritious. The guest house owners make you feel welcome and make sure that your stay is comfortable, including making sure your breakfast is fresh.

Negative Reviews

Maybe A Bigger TV?

The TV could be a bit larger with better picture quality. It's watchable but you may have to strain your eyes a bit.

Tough Time In The Shower

The shower should come with instructions! You basically have to move around in the shower in order to get wet. The shower power is weak, so if you wash your hair, be ready to stay under the shower for longer than usual to get it rinsed out well.

The Price Is A Little High

The B&B price is a bit high as are the other facilities in the area. The B&Bs on the southern Scottish end provide an identical or even better quality service for a better price.
