Dining Opportunities Abound

From the hotel's popular rooftop restaurant with tabletop BBQs and well-stocked bar to the numerous restaurants and eating spots of nearby Lambton Quay, this hotel offered guests everything they needed in terms of dining opportunities. The hardest part, guests said, was making a choice.

Comfortable & Affordable Accommodations

Clean and comfortable rooms at an affordable price was exactly what most guests said they got at this hotel. Decor was attractive, bathrooms had adequate towels and toiletries and many guests mentioned they would definitely return when next visiting Wellington.

There were complaints that bathrooms had not been adequately cleaned and guests cited examples that included hair in drains, empty toiletry bottles and soap residue in sinks. Mould was also reported in shower cubicles.

Noises In The Night

Guests complained that noises from late night partying on the rooftop bar and from traffic outside the hotel made sleep difficult.

Calling Maintenance

Non functioning heaters, gaps under doors, broken shower heads and plugged bathroom sinks were among the maintenance problems reported about this hotel. Although guests say they were warned in advance, there were also complaints about the non-operating lift. This was described as an inconvenience, especially for those with luggage.
