Positive Reviews

Beautiful views

Visitors feel the views from the hotel room balconies and restaurant terrace on the Boulevard are beautiful and amazing. They feel they can spend hours enjoying the passing ships and ocean waves.

Lovely central location

Tourists love the central city location of the hotel and enjoy being directly on the beach. It provides them with a beachy feel and they like the sounds and smells of the sea.

Negative Reviews

The hotel rooms are dated

Reviewers claim the hotel rooms are small, dated, and in need of repair. They find the bed mattresses are worn out and sagging. The bathrooms are also reportedly in need of an update and many comment on the shower curtains, concluding they are old and dirty.

Restaurant meals are disappointing

Patrons would like more value for their restaurant meals. They don't enjoy the food as much as they expected and the food is reportedly dry, lacking taste and in need of improvement.

Elevator and front door access restricted

Guests find it inconvenient at check-in or when returning late at night to find the front door locked and the elevator closed for the evening. The hotel's policy of closing both overnight means they have to enter through the back door and use the stairs. Guests point out that this is a greater inconvenience when departing early in the morning, with heavy luggage, and no operational elevator.
