Loud pop music

Some guests while appreciating the welcome ambience of the hotel say that since the venue is for grown-ups and not teenagers, they can do way with the pop music. All guests can hear is a constant pounding noise all through their meals which they find most unpleasant.

Dated rooms; noisy

Several guests find the rooms dated. They say the soundproofing is also not great and they can hear voices of next room residents and other sounds of the hotel clearly. This disturbs even their night sleep.

Bathroom issues

There was not enough hot water supply in the bathrooms. Guests say that they have to run the tap for a long time for the limited hot water supply to start. The shower area has a step to climb up to and guests think it is not a good idea to climb on wet feet.
