Positive Reviews

Very convenient location for getting around

The great thing about this hotel is that it has three stations on its doorstep: one JR station (Bakurocho) and two metro stations (Higashi Nihombashi and Bakuroyokoyama). As well as putting almost all of metropolitan Tokyo within reach, being so close to these three stations means you can also get direct trains to and from both Haneda and Naruda airports. Very handy!

Keen staff members make a real effort

They may not be the most adept when it comes to speaking English but what the team here lack in conversational ability they more than make up for with evident enthusiasm and endeavour. Good efforts all-round.

Bathrooms are full of freebies!

Robes, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, cotton buds, bodywash, shampoo: you name, your bathroom's got it – and it's all free!

Negative Reviews

Not the liveliest area

If you're looking to stay in an area that has buzzing night-life then you may want to think twice about basing yourself in Chūō. This part of the city is largely a business district so there isn't really that much happening after dark to speak of around here. The number of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel is fairly limited (by Tokyo standards) too.

Standard accommodations are tiny

If you’re claustrophobic in any way then opt for one of the upgraded guest rooms with seating areas. Standard rooms here are so small they could easily be described as 'Lilliputian'.

Partitioning walls are pretty thin

This means that you may well here fellow visitors (many of them business guests) coming and going at all hours of the day and night. Best bring some ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.
