Positive Reviews

Solid Standards, Good Value for Money

Guests reported all-around solid stays here. In terms of this property’s aesthetics and presentation, many were pleased to find that both common areas as well as the rooms themselves were clean and sparkling. But the staff here were equally effervescent; kind-hearted and cordial, their attitude and demeanour impressed new arrivals who felt that this hotel represented good value for money.

Nice Bar and Delicious Food

The in-house bar area proved to be very popular among business guests as well as solo male travellers. However, it was the on-site restaurant here was the real star of the show. Serving up great local cuisine as well as seafood plus regional Indian fare, many felt that the quality of food on offer here raised the overall profile of this property.

Negative Reviews

Absolutely Tiny Rooms

The room sizes at this hotel left a lot to be desired. Many commented that their units were very cramped, with guests struggling to comfortably unpack their suitcases in these small spaces. While solo travellers were fine here, those in couples or groups really struggled with the lack of space. Also, recent guests of this property have reported strong, foul smells emanating from their units.

Not Suitable for Families

The design of this property means that, in order to get to their rooms, new arrivals must first pass through this hotel’s bar area. This arrangement wasn’t always a comfortable one, especially for those travelling with children and families. Many also really disliked the strong smell of alcohol that emanated from the bar into the wider lobby and reception area.
