Positive Reviews

Picturesque views

You will find the setting of Wyck Hill House, among the rolling hills of the Cotswolds, to be stunning The views from the mature grounds of the hotel are only the start — there is plenty more bucolic splendour to be explored in the area.

Historic elegance

The 18th-century manor house itself is something to behold and guests have enjoyed stepping back in time during their stay The contemporary rooms retain some of the period character and are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Meals are a must

Dining in the conservatory restaurant is something highly recommended by guests, but be sure to make a booking The breakfasts are also good, while relaxing in front of a roaring fire in the bar should also be on your list.

Staff praised

The staff has without exception been singled out as a highlight for its friendliness, efficiency and willingness to happily help with requests.

Negative Reviews

Wi-Fi connection problems

Should Wi-Fi access be of great importance to you, make sure you enquire about this in your booking as some areas of the hotel, such as the annexed quarters, have had connection problems.

Slightly overheated

A handful of people have found the rooms too warm for their liking, but overall this did not cause huge problems during their stays.

Some furnishings worn

While the aged grandeur of the exterior and reception are a given, a few guests have found some furnishings to be in need of care In general, the vast majority of people staying at Wyck Hill House have not found this to be an issue.
