Positive Reviews

Good Central Locale.

A perfect location within strolling distance of  the river, this hotel stands directly upon city centre St. Ives, surrounded by restaurants, pubs and shops.  A lovely street market on Monday is worth a visit.  Plenty of lively activity and people watching

Spacious, Immaculate Rooms.

Comfortable mattresses amidst all the expected, quality amenities make for a well-appointed accommodation.  All is pristine in both the rooms and bathrooms, including the large, inviting bathtubs.

Charming Staff.

Nearly all staff members received high praises for their efficiency and enthusiasm.  Don't hesitate to stop by reception for a chat or ask any team member for whatever you may need.  They are sure to make it happen with a smile!

Negative Reviews

Weak Wi-Fi.

Wi-Fi is available only in public areas, and even then there are substantial connectivity issues. Not the ideal spot if you require internet during you stay.

Low or No AC.

No AC or poorly functioning in many rooms.  Not fun on hotter days/nights!

Parking Challenges.

No on-site parking is available, and you may walk a while to the nearest car park on busier days in the city.  Don't count on a nearby parking space being held for you.  It very well may not happen, in spite of what you're told at booking.
