Clean and spacious rooms with amazing views

Rooms here are described as generally clean, spacious, modern, and well-equipped with the necessary amenities. Guests also appreciated the balconies, which offer incredible views of the valleys and mountains. Those who stayed in the rooms on one of the higher floors said the views were exhilarating.

Private lift access to the famous Mall Road

The most loved feature of this hotel is its private lift access to Mall Road. Guests said this makes the hotel stand out because they could skip the long queue and hassle of the public tourist lift. During peak seasons, the public lift is always crowded, so they found the hotel’s private lift very convenient.

Negative Reviews

Disappointing breakfast meal

The quality of the breakfast meal is described as disappointing. Guests stated that the meal was deficient and lacked enough choices. Most of the pastries were not prepared well and the dishes were a little oily. Moreover, they said there were no fresh fruits available.

No private parking area

Guests did not like the fact that the hotel does not have a private parking area. They found it very inconvenient to use the public parking area, which was located across the street, and walk back to the hotel. Aside from that, they also disliked that parking came with a fee.

Hit-and-miss Wi-Fi connectivity

Although free of charge, guests stated that accessing the Internet on site was quite a hassle. Sometimes the Internet worked, but oftentimes it did not.
