Positive Reviews

Service with a smile.

Guests loved the friendly vibe found here, and were impressed with personable staff that were a pleasure to talk to. Problems that arose were dealt with quickly, and guests would recommend this hotel based on the service.

Sensational breakfast.

Guests were wowed by the value of The Boutike, which was made even better by the delicious breakfast. With food cooked to order, guests thought that it was a step above typical continental fare.

Close to the action.

While a little hard to initially find, most guests were pleased with the location. Within walking distance to two plazas, finding some tasty tapas and mouthwatering churros was an easy accomplishment. Guests also liked that attractions such as the Flamenco Musuem and San Isidoro Church were just a short walk away.

Negative Reviews

Late night noise.

Some rooms at The Boutike seemed to be louder than others, with a few guests complaining of street noise that carried into their rooms. Several felt that this hotel could have benefited from double glazed windows, and would have preferred a quieter room at the back.

Might be hot.

In the sweltering Seville summers, some guests had to endure an uncomfortable overnight stay. Air-conditioning wasn't individually controlled, and some guests were a little sweatier because of it.

Absent after hours reception.

If something needed attention after hours, some guests found out the hard way that assistance was only available via a phone call. While it was nice that an emergency number was provided, guests would have preferred to have help on hand for issues like temperamental Wi-Fi or air-conditioning, no matter the time of day.
