A non smoking establishment, The Sea Breeze features a heated outdoor pool, patio area and ample parking.

Guests receive a complimentary breakfast and there is a popular Mexican restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. Cambria, just a few minutes drive, offers a variety of dining choices.

There are numerous attractions within an easy drive. Guests can visit iconic Hearst Castle, watch the sunset over the Pacific, enjoy a whale watching adventure or try some deep sea fishing. Local wineries are a few minutes drive away and the hotel makes an excellent base for visiting Big Sur.

Good Value By The Sea

Clean and comfortable beds and the waves crashing outside your window, what more could you want in a seaside stay? Low cost? Guests said Sea Breeze inn San Simeon delivered all that plus complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast. Quite a good deal, according to most guests.

Hearst Castle & Seals On The Beach

Nearby Hearst Castle was the draw for most guests at the Sea Breeze Inn, but, when they weren't ogling the palatial dwelling, the elephant seals lounging on the beach in front of the hotel proved equally entertaining.

A Peaceful Place To Unwind

Except for Hearst Castle, there isn't much in tiny San Simeon except beaches and open countryside, but for many guests at Sea Breeze Inn this was a plus. Guests just wanting a good night's sleep or a place to unwind said the motel's quiet and peaceful rooms fit the bill.

Blah Breakfast

While most motel breakfasts are fairly standard and few guests expect gourmet offerings, some guests at the Sea Breeze Inn were not happy with the complimentary breakfast and complained about stale pastries, bad coffee and the lack of fruit.

What American Hospitality?

Some guests at the Sea Breeze Inn said their welcome was less than warm.There were a number of complaints, particularly by guests from other countries, of rude, surly and hostile behavior by reception desk staff.

No Sounds Of Silence

The Sea Breeze Inn is an older establishment and for some guests the walls were a bit too thin. A few complained that they were kept awake by sounds from neighboring rooms and that even the crashing waves outside the windows weren't enough to drown out the wails of crying babies and blaring TVs.
