About The Firs

The Firs Guesthouse is a family-owned late Victorian period building with many original features located on the coast of North Yorkshire, in the middle of the quaint fishing village of Runswick Bay, eight miles north of Whitby and an hour from York and Durham. The facility offers twin, double and flexible occupancy rooms designed for groups or families of three or four people - including small children.

The en-suite rooms are furnished with a sitting couch. They also feature a radio, an iPod docking station and free Wi-Fi. Ground floor rooms are accessible for mobility difficulties with wet room en-suite.

The Firs is pet-friendly and offers amenities such as doggie towels and showers. Pets may not be left in rooms unattended.
