Sketchy Phone Service.

Many guests noted the poor mobile phone service. The hills around the hotel block many mobile carrier signals making it tough to make or receive calls. There were times when the Wi-Fi signal was weak or non-existent throughout the hotel.

Smells of Nature Intrude.

Some guests objected to the odors of a nearby farm that wafted towards the gardens. Others found the pollen from the nearby hayfields problematic.

Inconsistent Maid Service.
