Positive Reviews

Cheap and basic, but great rooms

Many rooms have been recently updated and have modern furniture. They are clean and though basic provide the amenities needed for a city trip, like air conditioning and a private bathroom. The rooms are not huge but very affordable, which appealed to many guests.

Great neighbourhood for a city trip

Guests liked the location for the quiet of a more residential neighbourhood and feeling safe in this large city. There are still plenty of restaurants and other businesses like a supermarket very close to the hotel. The train station Termini gives guests access to public transport to explore the whole city.

Friendly staff takes care of your needs

Guests liked the staff working here. They enjoyed friendly customer service and plenty of insidier knowledge about where to go to eat or what attractions to visit. The staff will also arrange tours for you. They speak English well, so there were no communication problems.

Negative Reviews

Very basic breakfast

The breakfast is a traditional italian breakfast, consisting of a croissant and a cup of coffee, and gets served in a nearby cafe. Some guests felt this did not fit their bill for a breakfast. You might have to venture out to find a place to serve full breakfast.

Wi-Fi not always working in rooms

Some guests had trouble with their Wi-Fi reception not getting enough of a signal or cutting out on them. It worked better for them in the lobby area.

Can be hard to find

Many guests complained about having trouble even finding the building where the hotel is, as there is no sign and it looks like a normal residential building. You can call the front desk for detailed descriptions how to get there, or use a cell phone to navigate to the hotel.
