Hotel Museum offers guests a lounge area with leather sofas, a 24-hour front desk, options for luggage storage, and an elevator. A second-floor terrace, often used for dining, overlooks the nearby basilica.

A daily breakfast buffet consisting of pastries, cakes, fruit, yoghurt, and coffee is served daily. A wide variety of Italian restaurants and cafes surround the premises.

Positive Reviews

Unparalleled access to Rome.

Heading into Rome's centre can be frustrating, particularly during heavy tourism seasons, but this property can practically touch most of the city's marvels. Its terrace looks out at St. Peter's Basilica, its front sidewalk extends to the Vatican itself, and you'll find a major metro station just a few blocks away.

Honest and kind staff.

The staff embodies Italian hospitality and charm, doing their best to accommodate your wishes however they can. They can provide information about the city, arrange for transportation, or restock your room's toiletries as needed.

A range of budgeting options.

Whether you're looking to spend most of your vacation funds on an exquisite suite or save money with an economy room, this hotel can assist you. They have a wide variety of pricing options, room sizes, and optional amenities, and you won't feel pressured to take advantage of any extra features.

Negative Reviews

Malfunctioning fixtures.

Multiple showers, air-conditioners, and heaters proved problematic for guests, with some of the worst issues involving a complete shutdown of the appliance. The maintenance staff does a respectable job of keeping these devices functioning, but there are often delays in servicing.

Occasional Wi-Fi interruption.

The Wi-Fi network is prone to shutting out users who have already entered the proper code, or weakening until it's impossible to access data. If you need to use these networks for business or vital communication, it may be worth your while to utilise mobile data.

Showers are undersized.

If you like a sense of mobility while showering, you may be out of luck. The shower stalls are relatively small compared to the bathrooms in which they're placed, and the actual shower head is sometimes too low for comfort.
