About Gîte Au Croissant De Lune

Nestled between the many restaurants and cafés for which the bohemian area of St. Jean-Baptiste is known, the Gîte Au Croissant De Lune is a laid-back B&B in Quebec. This uptown locale is scenic and buzzing with vibrant energy.

This bed-and-breakfast is comprised of three rooms, each styled in a colour palette that bring different images of the North American landscape to mind, and furnished with a TV, hand-selected furniture, and bath sets to be used in the shared bathroom.

Active guests may appreciate the convenient business facilities and bike storage area while vacationers are sure to find the flower, champagne, and scrumptious Creole cuisine services sold delightful.

Start your day with either a continental or cooked breakfast, served in the cosy dining room.

Not a five-minute walk from the Gîte Au Croissant De Lune, guests will find the Centre des congrès de Québec, while the National Museum of the Arts Quebec, the Plaines d'Abraham, and the St. Lawrence riverside are within a 20-minute stroll of the hotel.

Positive Reviews

Delicious Homemade Delights

Many guests rave that the breakfast at the B&B is delicious. Homemade delights include yoghurt, fruit smoothies, eggs and bacon, pancakes, waffles, and more. All served in large portions with a dose of love by the host.

A Congenial and Accommodating Host

Few guests fail to mention that the host at this beautiful bed-and-breakfast is the epitome of hospitality! Guests will undoubtedly have no trouble settling in and feeling at home at this establishment due to the warm attention of the host who is not only pleasant, but knowledgeable as well. You need not worry about not knowing where you should go out to eat of which attractions to see first: the slang expression “the hostess with the most-est” readily applies here.

The Location Is Terrific

This property is terrifically located! There's a broad range of restaurants just around the corner, and the old town of Quebec, along with countless must-see sites, are within walking distance. Despite the convenient location in a popular area, the immediate vicinity of the B&B is itself quite calm and peaceful in the evenings.

Negative Reviews

Finding Parking Can Be a Challenge

As one can expect from any popular destination, finding a place for your car, should you have one, can be difficult. Guests are not guaranteed parking spaces close to the B&B. Even if you manage to find a spot on the street directly in front of the hotel, you have to be careful not to violate any of the very specific rules about when and where and how long you can stay there.
