Hardworking and well-performing staff

Guests were floored at how dedicated and hardworking the staff members were in this hotel. They will go over and above the call of duty to accommodate any request. Do look for Alex, the hotel manager, who has been repeatedly mentioned on the positive reviews. He is approachable, friendly, and is ready to listen to your every concern.

Great value for money!

Elegance Dania Park Hotel may not be the most affordable in town, but guests realise that the price they paid was worth it. Guests get to have a comfortable accommodation, many relaxing amenities, and free breakfast on a strategic location in the city.

Free and usable Wi-Fi connection

Guests are actually happy and satisfied with the free wireless Internet. Occasionally, the signal would be slow, but it will return a few minutes later. The free Wi-Fi is enough for all your e-mail and Internet surfing needs.

Negative Reviews

Repetitive foods at the restaurant

Some of the guests who dined for several days commented that the on-site restaurant shows no imagination or variation when it comes to the food they serve. Furthermore, desserts are tasteless and breakfast has limited options. When you find the foods here disappointing, you can always try dining to one of the restaurants nearby.

Insufficient number of sunbeds & seating areas

While the outdoor pool is maintained spotlessly clean, some guests observed that there are not enough sun beds in the pool area. Some reported that there are broken loungers as well.

No designated smoking area

The lack of a proper smoking area has led some of the smoking guests at the front reception of the hotel, which could be a displeasing sight to new arriving ones. Moreover, some smoking guests had to smoke on the roadside with nowhere to comfortably sit or stand.
