Buffet- Long Affair.

Buffet has been a long affair for some of the guests staying at Pestana Porto Santo Beach Resort & Spa. Guests have mentioned that they had to queue up to enter, then wait long to be seated and finally huge delay in getting their food which annoyed them.

Minor issues with bathroom.

As per some of the past guests, the bathrooms at this property have not been able to impress them. The walls are cramped and the shower doesn’t seem to have any pressure. In certain instances, guests faced problem with hot and cold water in the shower.

Not up to 5-star standards.

While most of the guests have enjoyed the luxury at this property, some have felt that the hotel is not up to 5 star standards when compared to the amenities. Sharing the a la carte restaurants and bars with their sister property has annoyed visitors.
