Great staff.

The members of staff at this hotel are excellent by guests' standards. The cleaning staff especially, as guests have repeatedly stated that the housekeeping staff deserve more recognition for the great work they do at cleaning up after particularly messy

Thailand is very much a place to stay if one is wishing to have a good time at all the various nightlife venues. This hotel is located very conveniently for guests that are looking to be within easy travelling distance from these venues.

Negative Reviews

No natural views.

Guests have found that unfortunately the lack of natural views from their room balconies to be rather disappointing. Guests will either have to settle for a view of the nearby hotels, or of the pool area.

Credit to be paid up front upon arrival.

Guests are expected to pay for the rooms with a credit card upon arrival to avoid any complications that may arise if one incurs extra charges, or damages to their room. Some guests are not agreeable with this procedure, and find it rather unpleasant to b

Maintenance issues.

The room appliances could do with some maintenance. Some of the fridges and coffeemakers are not working, or only work sporadically, and guests find this to be a great inconvenience.
