The large rooms at the Hotel Hilton Pattaya feature a private balcony with ocean view, floor-to-ceiling windows and luxurious bathroom fixtures and toiletries. Wi-Fi is available but costs extra.

Amenities at the hotel include business centre with secretarial services available, babysitting service, luggage storage, beauty salon, on-site florist and fitness centre. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas.

There are three restaurants and two bars at the hotel. Horizon, located on the 34th floor, is an impressive rooftop bar and restaurant. The chic décor has made it one of Pattaya’s most popular spots for a drink.

Suvarnabhumi International Airport in Bangkok is a 90-minute drive from the property.

Breakfast is the best.

One of the highlights of staying at the hotel is the awesome breakfast experience. Guests rave about the breakfast buffet that has numerous choices available including a wide range of western favourites and Asian classics.

Meet your new family.

The staff at the Hilton Pattaya goes out of their way to make sure guests feel as if they are at home. Visitors say that any request is handled in a prompt manner and the staff does everything possible to make you feel welcome.

Middle of everything.

The hotel’s central location makes it easy for guests to stay entertained. The beach is right across the street from the property. There is also a shopping mall connected to the hotel and many bars and restaurants can be found within walking distance.

Negative Reviews

Draconian Wi-Fi policy.

Guests point out that rooms do not come with free Wi-Fi included. While Wi-Fi is free in public areas, but those wanting in-room internet will have to pay extra.

Itsy bitsy pool and gym.

The hotel is rather large but the pool area and fitness centre are not big enough to support the amount people staying at the property according to guests. The pool layout is popular with visitors even if it does get a bit crowded.

Elevator shuffle.

Getting to your room can be a bit of a hassle. Upon entering the property, guests have to take one elevator to the lobby and then switch elevators and continue on to the rooms and restaurants. Guests note this can be annoying to have to do over and over a
