Positive Reviews

Great location in the heart of the Marais

Guests described the hotel as being in an especially charming part of a district already known for its charm. They mentioned that all the cafes, quirky shops and cobblestoned streets they had imagined were available in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. They also liked the location, since it was relatively close to other major Parisian sights like Notre-Dame Cathedral.

Discreet and faultless service

Guests reported that this hotel is family owned and run and that the owner is very much involved in making sure it runs perfectly. He was said to take great interest in his guests’ well-being, making sure that they had all they possibly needed to enjoy their stay to the fullest. The owner and staff were not said to be intrusive, however, with service rendered discreetly at all times. Just based on the service alone, guests felt they were definitely staying in a luxury hotel.

Exceptional interior design

Guests were very impressed with the interior design of the hotel. They mentioned it looked like it had been recently refurbished, and it was obvious that it had been done so with great care, love and, no doubt, money. Guests simply couldn't find fault with any of the furniture, fittings or design elements.

Negative Reviews

Rooms were very small

Guests mentioned that while the rooms were very luxurious, this did not extend to the luxury of space. The rooms were said to be just as small as most others in Paris, which has a notorious reputation for small hotel rooms.
