Positive Reviews

French Chic

Guests were captivated by the hotel's beautiful interior design. The entire building, though historic, is very well preserved and clean. Even though the furniture is often antique, its high quality doesn't age the rooms. The rooms with a private terrace are highly recommended for the full experience.

Steps from Sightseeing

The hotel is located in an upscale neighbourhood, Saint-Germain-en-Laye, which guests found rather peaceful and charming. The area is known for its incredible dining scene and high-end boutique shopping. Most visitors found sightseeing convenient, as many must-see attractions are within two miles of the hotel and can be reached on foot. The nearby metro station, Rue du Bac, makes getting around even easier.

Coffee and Cocktails

Make sure to enjoy the hotel's high-quality continental breakfast and indulge in fresh croissants and delicious coffee. Guests were just as happy with the dining areas as they were with the food. In the evening, you may also want to grab a nightcap at the hotel's cosy bar, located in the underground wine cellar.

Negative Reviews

Small Standard

Most guests were rather happy with the size of the rooms, except when they booked the standard options, the most simple of all rooms. They are said to be rather cramped.

Thin Soundproofing

As this is an older building, don't expect the best soundproofing from your neighbours. Guests reported that they could hear the next-door TV at night.
