Positive Reviews

Budget-friendly choice

While views concerning value for money were mixed, guests were in agreement that the room rates here were very low. Guests felt like they were paying a low price to get private accommodation in central Paris near a metro station.

Convenient for public transport

Guests pointed out that there was a metro station just steps from the hotel, so despite not being in the heart of the tourist districts, guests said it was a relatively straightforward matter to reach them via the metro.

Budget eats nearby

Most guests staying here seemed to be on a tight budget. They reported that there were a number of good budget eating places nearby that include a KFC right next door.

Negative Reviews

The walls are “paper thin”

This was perhaps guests’ biggest issue during their stay. They reported that the walls here must be exceptionally thin since they did nothing at all to prevent even normal sounds from drifting from one room to the next at will. Guests could clearly hear everything that was going on in adjacent rooms as if it was going on in theirs.

Some rooms in need of a makeover

Going by guest reviews it appears that some rooms have been recently renovated, but many others remain as they were. Guests allocated one of the unrenovated rooms commented that they desperately needed a full makeover to bring them up to modern standards.

Poor English language skills

Guests mentioned that the staff here did not have a good understanding of English, making communication difficult for people who only understood that language as well as those who were hoping to use it as a common language.
