Martin's Louvain-la-Neuve

Situated on the shore of the Louvain-la-Neuve lake, Martin's Louvain-la-Neuve and its neighbouring Martin's All Suites occupy a strategic position in the heart of Belgium. Together, they comprise the first urban hotel centre in Wallonia.

These two infrastructures form an integral part of the AGORA Urban Resort, an innovative 30,000 m² hotel and residential complex that opens up a new dimension in the neo-Louvain evolution. Distinctively modern, the project revolves around innovation, sustainability and the art of living.

AGORA traces its origin to the joint desire of the Catholic University of Louvain and the city of Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve to establish in the urban centre a hotel worthy of an economic and touristic area of international calibre.
