Ground floor pub causes late night noise.

The Lord Roseberry started as a well known pub that expanded into the hospitality game by adding guestrooms on the first floor. This puts visitors right above the pub so on late nights there can be a lot of noises carry over from drunk patrons.

Property could use a little dusting throughout.

One downside to having owners focus on the pub side of the business means the rooms for guests are a little neglected. While the facilities are modern and work well, they could use a bit more attention when it comes to keeping them clean.
