Positive Reviews

Clean and well maintained rooms

The rooms here are found to be of a good overall standard. Guests often praise the cleanliness of the rooms and comment favourably on how well maintained they are. Reviews of this property indicate that the owners are quick to implement improvements suggested by guests.

Great food in the bar

Guests have consistently enjoyed the food served in the bar. Feedback suggests that the gourmet burgers are a must try although all of the dishes attract positive feedback. Guests find the food is reasonably priced and nicely presented.

Fun and friendly atmosphere

As you might expect, you can expect a fun and friendly atmosphere here. Guests have found the staff welcoming and friendly as well as noting that the clientele is a great group of people. All this combines to create a great atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy the music, food, dancing, and conversation.

Negative Reviews

Disappointing breakfast

The breakfast provided here fails to wow guests. The continental offering lacks choice and imagination which is surprising considering the creativity that has gone into making the rest of the property stand out. A cooked breakfast in the pub would be a better option.

Traffic noise can be a problem

Numerous guests mention that traffic noise from a nearby roundabout is a big problem here. This has left guests unable to open the window for any air. Also, guests note that people leaving the pub and club can be rowdy.

Some issues at check-out

Guests mention that there is very rarely anyone around in the morning when it's time to check-out. They have been forced to post the key through the letterbox and have been left without anywhere to store their luggage.
