A continental breakfast is provided daily, and guests can order cooked vegan (or vegetarian) breakfasts for an additional cost. Positive Reviews

A kind and responsive proprietor.

The owner of the property will consistently make contact with you to ask about your experience and address issues you might be encountering. She's also knowledgeable about the area and can provide a wealth of suggestions about travel in Norwich, if needed.

Fantastic breakfast options.

Every meal at this property features local (and organic) ingredients wherever possible, and the breakfasts are a perfect reflection of this attention to quality. You can get anything from baked vegan dishes to fresh smoothies.

Norwich is well within reach.

Norwich's historical centre is only a few minutes away by car, making it a fantastic destination for sightseeing, shopping, or dining. Numerous guests remarked that they even visited the area on foot, thanks to its convenient location.

Negative Reviews

Most facilities are shared.

If you're only accustomed to using private restrooms, then this experience may prove difficult for you: the property uses a shared bathroom model, and the kitchen area is an extension of this policy. This means that your experience may largely depend on fellow guest courtesy.

Extremely thin walls.

You may be able to hear fellow guests and neighbours in the area, due to the limited soundproofing of the building. Fortunately, the proprietor is proactive about dealing with noise violations and the volume of any in-house guests.

Room sizes can be challenging.

Because the rooms are slightly smaller than what you might find at a traditional hotel, you'll need to make some adjustments to your sense of scale and mobility when staying here. The rooms don't feel particularly cramped due to good layouts, but they also don't offer a wealth of additional space for luggage or movement.
