Positive Reviews

Victorian beauty with modern touches.

Those who stayed at Tali Ayer said they were impressed with the modern touches found throughout the beautiful Victorian-era house, which they said kept the best of the old world feel, decor and character, but paired it with all everything you could need nowadays, like an up-to-date bathroom, a TV with DVD player and free Wi-Fi connection. Furthermore, guests also found their rooms to be clean, spacious and quiet.

Nairn, Moray, Inverness centrality; great hosts.

This bed and breakfast was considered to be a great base for visiting attractions on the Moray Firth and in Inverness — with the free parking helping on this count — and is said to be a short walk away from Nairn Station, as well as central shopping and dining. The friendly couple hosting here are said to be genuinely interested, attentive and committed to helping guests get the best out of their visit, but in no way intrusive.

Breakfast how you like it, at communal table.

Tali Ayer's cooked-to-order breakfasts come recommended for their delicious fare, including eggs just as you want them and some lovely salmon. On top of this, reviews indicate that it is served at a communal table, meaning that you have the chance to meet and chat with some of your fellow international travellers — or your hosts — while preparing for the coming day.
