Positive Reviews

Close to the beach and local amenities.

Guests were pleased to find that they were within walking distance of a popular beach as well as two golf courses. Those who were keen to try out the local bars and restaurants found it extremely convenient having pubs and restaurants literally on their doorstep. If you like the idea of not having to worry about getting taxis or public transport then you'll certainly appreciate this guest house's location.

Clean and spacious rooms.

The rooms have been described as being of ample size with plenty of storage space and large comfortable beds. Guests complimented the overall hygiene levels of the rooms as well as the bathrooms stating that they were kept spotlessly clean and tidy for the duration of their stay.

Breakfasts tick all the boxes.

Guests very were complimentary with regards to the quality of the breakfasts stating that they were freshly prepared using quality local produce. Apart from the cooked dishes many appreciated the wide range of cold items on offer which were said to be tasty and healthy.

Negative Reviews

Separate bathrooms.

Some guests mentioned that they found it slightly awkward not having an en-suite but instead a separate bathroom which they had to access by crossing the landing. If you are keen on having a private bathroom it's advisable to book the self-catering cottage.

Temperature issues.

The temperature in some of the rooms was said to be quite warm which prompted guests to open their windows in order to cool down. Others remarked that they felt rather cold in their room as there is only one radiator and would have preferred to adjust the heat themselves.

Internet connection problems.

Those who wanted to access the Internet from their rooms said that they sometimes found the Wi-Fi signal weak and intermittent.
