Positive Reviews

Decent food all round

Guests were generally quite happy with the food offered at the hotel’s many restaurants and cafes. Breakfast came in for the most praise, with vegetarians especially happy that they had a wide range of dishes to choose from.

Good general ambience

One word that came up again and again in reviews was ambience”. Guests believed that, due to its interior design, this hotel had a particularly good ambience. They seemed to feel quite comfortable and relaxed here.

Good location for business

It seems that it was business, rather than leisure, travellers who were happiest here. They reported that the hotel was near a number of regional headquarters of multinational corporations. Business travellers didn’t need to travel too far to get to and from their meetings.

Negative Reviews

Awkward entrance for cars

While motorists didn’t typically give detailed reasons why they reported that the car entrance to the hotel and its parking spaces were very awkward. They felt it should be redesigned.

Not really a true luxury property

Guests felt strongly that the hotel was miss-categorised when it came to the number of stars it should have. Guests didn’t believe this was a true luxury property and one or two stars should be taken off to get a more accurate indication of the property.

Service level could be improved

Guests found the service offered by the staff here a little lacking. The general feeling seemed to be that they were quite friendly, but perhaps a little disorganised and ineffective. e.g. It seemed to take a long time for any issues to be sorted out after being reported.
