Positive Reviews

Excellent hospitality

Guests consistently rate the welcome from Richard and Paola highly and have nothing but praise for the on-going service they enjoyed throughout their stay. One or both of the hosts are available for much of each day and they are happy to engage with guests and share tips about the local area.

Variety of accommodation

The choice of accommodation options at this guesthouse is a big hit with guests. The selection of rooms and self-catering lettings make the property ideal for everyone from a solo traveller to a family group. Guest feedback indicates that all the accommodation types are finished to a high standard.

Beautiful surroundings

There's little to not like about the surroundings here - think rolling hills and Welsh countryside as far as the eye can see. Plus, when you're not out exploring, the grounds of this guesthouse are relaxing in their own right. You'll even get to meet horses and the resident llama, Mimi.

Negative Reviews

Can be tricky to find

A handful of guests mention that they found it tricky to find the guesthouse, so it's worth taking a good look at a map before you set out. Don't let this put you off, though. Reviews suggest that Richard is not averse to popping out to rescue people from sat-nav hell.

No cooked breakfast

A small number of guests would have liked a cooked breakfast to be provided although, again, this is not a deal breaker. You'll have full access to the kitchen to make your own. Plus, many guests comment that they were offered freshly baked rolls and/or authentic Italian pasta. Yum!
