Positive Reviews

An enchanting Moroccan oasis

From your welcome drink of mint tea to the inspired decor, lush gardens and decadent ambiance, you'll be swept into an enchanting world at this Marrakech hotel. Guests particularly liked the sumptuous rooms and well-kept outdoor spaces.

Only a short walk to the famous Medina

Although this hotel is tucked away in a quiet part of town, you will be able to walk to some of the city's main sites within twenty to thirty minutes. Guests particularly liked being close to the Medina with its magical atmosphere.

Indulgent food

Amongst the great reports this hotel receives, the breakfast buffet comes recommended. With a wide selection of well prepared foods and drinks, you will be spoilt for choice with this buffet breakfast. You can also enjoy this meal in your room, for a truly indulgent start to your day.

Negative Reviews

Slightly slow service

Some guests have reported that the hotel's incredible atmosphere is slightly let down by small gripes over the service. Having to ask for things more than once, slow check-in, delayed room access and housekeeping forgetting to replenish towels in rooms are on the small list of minor issues.

Language barriers

Although the staff do speak English, some guests that reported complaints felt that the staff would have been more helpful if they had been able to communicate with them in French.

Lack of light creates dingy atmosphere

With traditional ochre-colored walls and impressive artwork, some of the magic of this hotel certainly comes from its interior decor. However, some guests felt that rooms were a little dark and corridors were too gloomy.
