Positive Reviews

Great location

In terms of location, this accommodation is in a fantastic spot. If you need to be on the South Bank of the river then this is perfect, being only five-minutes walk from the National Theatre for example, while Tube connections to central London are only minutes away. If you do not mind walking a bit further, Covent Garden is only fifteen-minutes away on foot.

Simple but effective

The rooms are only very simple - they are university halls of residence in their ‘real' life - but this is not a problem for guests, mainly because they know what to expect before they arrive. Guests consider this accommodation to be good value, and the chances are you will too.

Staff friendly and helpful

There are lots of positive comments made about the staff here. They are reportedly very friendly, and very happy to assist when any problems arise.

Negative Reviews

Some comments on lack of cleanliness

There have been a few comments made about general standards of cleanliness here, with some guests noting that their room has been in a less than clean state when they arrive. However, in fairness, any such complaints are said to be dealt with promptly by the staff on duty.

Some external noise

The accommodation passes faces a busy main road, and so some guests have said they have had to put up with noise from traffic on an evening. Some guests have got round this by requesting a quieter room, which staff are happy to do if possible.

Suitable for single travellers only

These rooms are suitable for only single travellers. As such, if you are travelling as part of a couple or a larger group then this accommodation is unsuitable for you.
