Positive Reviews

Local living in London

Guests find the location of this hotel offers a taste of authentic London life. Set on a bustling road, the property is a stone’s throw from an array of local shops and dining options, as well as being within a 30-minute drive of most attractions in the Central London area.

Characterful rooms and unique spaces

Reviews suggest the rooms here are quite something! Guests love the bright and colourful design of the accommodations, while being appreciative of the practical conveniences. Both style and substance appears to be the norm here – an approach that continues into the hotel’s three fabulous event spaces.

Fabulous food served on site

On-site dining attracts a great deal of praise. Guests particularly love breakfast, describing the quality as exceptional and the price more than fair – sentiments often echoed by guests who enjoy other meals in the hotel.

Negative Reviews

Soundproofing leaves a lot to be desired

Guests can find their rooms here are on the noisy side. Unwanted noise comes from inside and out, leaving guests to conclude that both internal and external soundproofing could be much improved.

Feeling hot, hot, hot

There’s no lift in this hotel, leaving guests on the top floor with a fair number of stairs to climb. Doing this while carrying luggage can be challenging. Guests who make it to their room are not necessarily able to cool down with air conditioning since not all rooms have it.

Some rooms are small with no en-suite

The size of the rooms here vary considerably, with some coming in much smaller than guests anticipate or are prepared to accept. The lack of en-suite facilities in some rooms is a further source of frustration.
