Professional, friendly and imparting good information about restaurants and attractions in the area, The Royal staff members were popular with those who happened to stay here.

Filling breakfast, drinks with views.

The full Welsh Breakfast was found to be very filling and very good, but keep in mind it is not a buffet, so enquire in advance if you have specific needs. The bar was also popular, with a good selection of drinks and a nice terrace to enjoy them from.

Some room drawbacks to consider.

The Royal’s beds did not suit everyone, with a few guests feeling springs and others finding them too soft, while some people would have preferred to have a duvet on the bed, rather than blankets.
