Positive Reviews

Bridge, river and Llangollen at your feet.

The Bridge End is understandably very close to Llangollen Bridge and the River Dee, with many rooms having great views over both, and guests were happy to be right in the middle of pretty Llangollen, with all the attractions and dining options within a sh

Simple food done well.

You will find the evening meals in the pub and the cooked-to-order breakfasts to be simple, quality meals presented in generous proportions and the pub is known for its friendly atmosphere.

Quaint hotel, basic rooms, lovely welcome.

Guests found this quaint and characterful old hotel to offer basic, but clean and comfortable rooms, with free car parking out back and a warm welcome from the pleasant and very accommodating staff members.

Negative Reviews

Some of the rooms at The Bridge End are reached via several sets of stairs, so the lack of lift may put it out of reach for the mobility impaired or those toting excessive luggage.

Decor could be redone but not a huge issue.

While guests did note that the decor was starting to look tired, and some repainting and attention should not be out of the question, the general consensus was that this did not negatively affect the quality of the stay to any great extent.
