Positive Reviews

Pristine, welcoming B+B

The whole place is spotless and superbly presented. Rooms fit the bill perfectly, breakfast is first class and all Llandudno’s attractions are within easy walking distance.

Easy walk to beach and shops

Westbourne is on a quiet tree lined road and yet, the busy centre of Llandudno is only a few hundred yards away and a very easy walk.

Friendly owners

Many guests are continuallyreturning as old friends and are greeted accordingly. So, too, are ‘newbies’ – and undoubtedly, they are destined to become regular guests here.

Negative Reviews

Parking lacks perfection

A common criticism and probably better here than elsewhere; but there is – understandably – no private car park, so prepare to hunt the surrounding streets in search of a space; or come on the train. The station is a 10 minute walk away!

En-suite quibbles

The wash basin is tiny and there’s next to no shelf space for toiletries and things like that.

Breakfast: isn't the toast of the town

No, it’s not the toast of the town … not with the tiny allocation of breakfast toast they serve here! Also, fresh mushrooms are easier to prepare, nicer and cheaper than tinned … so why serve tinned? On the subject of breakfast; good sausages are easy to come by as well; it’s recommended that they get some in!
