Positive Reviews

Excellent seaside location near the pier.

Llandudno Pier is a place for shopping and fun, and is an easy stroll away from the St Tudno hotel. Close to the water, many rooms in the hotel afford great views. Nearby is the Great Orme, with options of hiking, sightseeing, and taking the cable car.

Fresh, seasonal food in The Terrace Restaurant.

The award-winning Terrace Restaurant is a local favourite. With seasonal menus, vegetarian options, and wines to choose from, diners usually leave quite satisfied.

Great service from the friendly and helpful staff.

Taking bags to your room, helping with parking, and doing just about anything else they can, the staff help make this hotel great.

Negative Reviews

Not enough parking for all hotel guests.

While offering garage and car park parking, there are not always enough spaces for all guests of the hotel.

Not everyone is happy with the size of the rooms.

Some rooms are said to be on the small side, with large beds taking up much of the space.

Wi-Fi accessible only after giving personal info.

Rather than a simple password, accessing the Wi-Fi means completing a form and giving personal details. There are guests who find this to be tiresome and a waste of time.
