Guests love the convenient, central location, often commenting that it is very close to the Flandres railway station, Europe TGV station, and the metro. Speedy walkers say Grand Place is about five to ten minutes away on foot, and there are also many shops and restaurants within easy reach, yet the immediate neighbourhood is often described as quiet.

The rooms do not offer much space for unpacking and storing luggage or hanging clothes. There is a lift, but in the (not infrequent) event it is not working, the stairs are a bit daunting with heavy bags.

Follow your nose...

A few guests have reported cigarette odour in the rooms or hallways, as well as an unpleasant smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. Guests also comment that the hallway carpets are ready to be replaced.
